Can I use a MAC

I am trying to migrate away to another provider unfortunately the MAC is being rejected. Is the only way I am getting away from Orange to cancel and reprovide with another provider. Orange are not helping at all

* It may have been mistyped, phone and confirm it.
* The code might have expired, they last 30 days, again confrim with Orange
* You might be "LLUed" which means some ISPs won't accept the code.
