Hi there,
Customers using our DNS are having problems too. the difference being that our DNS servers will only intermittently fail to resolve the site as opposed to Orange's that seem to be consistently failing (at least when I've tried).
If you're really desperate to get onto the site then you can use a third party's DNS addresses as described
here. (Click on the operating system you're using and follow the instructions).
I'm not convinced that ryanair are entirely without responsibility here.
It seems very odd that one of their own DNS servers can't make up it's mind on the IP address of the web server...
