We've had the same problems as most on here, 2meg broadband running at 56k calls to Norman, Gerrald and Gavin at the Indian call centre just resulted in the scripted instructions.
We were lucky, when our service failed altogether Orange ran a line test.......yipeeeee its was BT's fault, there was a fault on the line which took nearly a week to sort out, no service in the meantime.
A request for a MAC code resulted in a months free service, but no improvement in the speed!
It took 5 days for them email a MAC code when we had finally had enough of the intermittant service .....................................
Today were have a new service with Skymarket........Its fantastic, so fast woooooooooooooooooooooosh....................................
Same router, same line, same PC...........with 3meg ADSL and the service in still in the setup stages.
Sorry Orange we gave you every chance but ........You Blew it!!!
