How to actually get an upgrade?

Wonder if anyone can suggest anything on this one. My employer oringally had Freeserve and over the years left it as is. They are paying �34 a month for an amazingly blazing connection speed of 60kb/s! I was working for myself as a technical consultant for them and In September I ordered a free upgrade to 8mb. 6 months later and endless calls to Orange's Pakistan call-center its still awaiting the upgrade.

Any idea of a way around this?
OFCOM anyone???

Tell them you want to complain or cancel, That should get you put through to a British call centre. See how quick it gets resolved then
