Orange Broadband is so-so

Hello,

I've been on Orange a few months now so I thought i'd share some of my obsersations:

- The Livebox never arrived. It was sent and signed for at a different address.
- Didn't want to use the Livebox anyway, as previous experiences of it has lead me to believe it's carp.
- Initially I would only get 1mb speeds on a line that has constantly synced at 8mb
- Phoned oranged and complained. Mysteriously a few days after this I get a much more acceptable speed.
- Orange have an unspecified fair usage policy
- From what i've read, its at least 30/40+ GB a month unofficially, which is good for me, higher than many other providers
- Tech support don't speak very good english
- But I got through within 60 seconds of dialing
- We're signed up to an Orange mobile phone & broadband deal. 18 month contract
- It's only �10 a month
