Orange and own router

I want to replace Livebox with Linksys ADSL2 router in bridge mode (paired with DDWRT WRT54g). What settings do I need to change/enable Orange connection on it?

Modem side:

Bridge Mode Only
LLC
DLS Modulation: Multimode (others available are various kinds of ADSL2+ etc)
MTU: Auto

Router side:
Connection type: Static IP
There is option of PPPoE but no PPPoA.

What (else) do I need to change (set) for it to work properly? I couldn't see any field to type in my username ad password.
