Problems watching Live Streams

I can download fine @ 800kb/s but when streaming, it buffers even on a 150k stream.

I'm on the LLU Package up to 20mb.

I do a BBC Iplayer Diagnostics Test and get like 100kbps for Streaming 1 speed.

I have phoned Orange and they don't understand!

Any help?

Sounds like some kind of shapping policy then, if iPlayer tests are coming back like that it indicates they're set to a low priority. this shouldn't be the case as many ISPs prefer you to stream rarther than download on p2p. many treat it like http traffic.

That's lame, anyone else on Orange LLU get these problems?
