Thinking about signing up

Hi

I'm going be moving to new flat that is in ct9 2dn post code area, and was looking around for best broadband in tihs area, i have looked at sky and have mix messages,

I Have a few question if anyone can naswer me in an unbiased way that would be grat:

How good is the custmer service?, i have very good knowledge so this would not be biggest problem

What are evening speeds like? do that change allot for day time?

How is torrenting or P2P downloading like?

What the best product to go to if you use more than 40gb a month on average??

Customer Service: Atrocious; unintelligible script monkeys who don't speak or understand English. But as speed, reliability and value-for-money are excellent on LLU, can do without CS if you are knowledgeable.

No change of evening speeds on LLU other than normal small decrease if you connect after dusk.

No experience of your other requirements. Just make sure you get LLU not IPStream.

Orange Customer Service is non-existent.

I'm now with Zen - excellent.
