Moving house confused LLU to none LLU

[link to this post]

Currently on the Rugeley exchange which Orange has LLU and have Home Ultra at £21 per month, Moving to Beacon exchange in Birmingham which samknows says Orange is not LLU, Orange are telling me they can move my current service at £21 per month to my new address which does have a BT box but the line is not live.
Orange are going to send engineer out to activate the line at no cost and once activated will set up broadband.
Has it all changed since the handed it all over to BT?
I thought I would be charged extra for being out of the Orange BB netowrk area.
Help me understand this please.

UPDATE.
Orange just called me to confirm date for engineer so I asked again and was assured there is no extra charge as I am an existing customer.
Still not sure though.

Don't know about existing customers moving home, but member centre says £24/m for Home Ultra for me. Currently on Broadband Plus and my exchange does not have Orange LLU.
