Slipped from what?
They keep switching me from Interleaved to Fast Path and back again. Pings are about half on Fast Path. Your ping is about right for Interleaved.

From an "A" rating to "B", but I must say that speeds seem to be much better today/this evening, after two weeks of hell!

I wouldn't pay too much attention to that site
Be more detailed and do regular traceroutes, have a thinkbroadband line monitoring account, and run speedtests from this website should you so wish.
