Exchange congestion....thought id dodged it but.....

Hello all,

been reading about all the problems with Congestion at various exchanges and thought i was the lucky one...well tonight i noticed a major slowdown.

did a test on speedtest.net and only got 1mbs down...same up my upload

i recall recieving a call from orange towards the beginning of the year gurantee'in me the maximum speed 24/7...think they were trying to sell me something. is this soemthing i am going to have to accept now? i have always had a rock solid connection..speed and throughput diod drop when i was changed back from LLU but until now no noticable slowdowns....rebooted router and it synced at

Lower than normal but to be expected this time of night, should i contact support and question this?

You need to monitor throughput for a while and see if it improves as people go to bed etc
