Can anyone get to fonality.com

I've been trying to set up some voip software from fonality, but have been having difficlty accessing their website. Initially I thought they had a problem, but their website works fine from a friends house (who uses BT as their ISP). Can anyone confirm if Orange block fonality.com just try to ping it.

I also can't get it on Orange WBC and I'm using OpenDNS.

First of all thanks for your reply, At least I'm not going mad. Does anyone here know how I find out why/who is blocking it (they may be blocking Orange rather than the other way round), and how to get it (if possible) unblocked.

Hi, I cannot access fonality.com I can access fonality Australia. Contact Orange and ask them if they block fonality.com or would they know why you cannot access that website.

I have just raised a complaint with Orange, and they (call centre operative) have promised to have it resolved within 48hrs.

I'll keep everyone informed of progress.
