Getting a MAC Code

Anyone had any experience with getting a MAC code from Orange.

I can't believe how difficult it is.

They try everything they can think of to keep your custom.

Had a new bright box router arrived this morning with the promise of a MAC code in the post.

Has it arrived ?? Of course it hasn't.

Time to write a letter of complaint.

Write a letter to ask for your MAC, that's what i did for a client.
They had a reply in less that a week.

I requested, by letter, and received by return of post well within Ofcom guidelines a MAC last year when Orange went WBC and my sync speed went down the sink

Never used it as I nagged Orange to fix my problem.
