Orange brightbox

I have an orange brightbox and play xbox live. I have had loads of problems with speed. Can anyone recommend which channel I should use?

If you are talking about wireless channels it depends on what everyone is using in your area.

The best bet is to actually connect using Ethernet cable rather than wireless. Even in ideal conditions wireless still performs worse than Ethernet

No, but I can recommend inSSIDer for finding and avoiding neighbour's channels.

Tho' the BrightBox, on Auto, finds the channel with the least interference,
