IP profile dropped to 2mbps?

A few days ago the Ip profile dropped to 2mbps, it has always been 7150 in the past.

How can I reset it?

Secondly the exchange has been upgraded to adsl2+ since we signed up in
May 2011. Is the "up to 20Meg" upgrade automatic, or do we need to phone them up

dl attenuation-24 dB
noise margin- 10.3 dB

d/l and u/l speeds plus min- max available.

Seems for some reason most people have to contact ISP to ask about ADSL2+ Your stats are definitely suitable.
There have been a number of EE customers with speed problems at the moment.

I think there have been reports of Orange holding IPP artificially low when exchange went 21CN. You need to phone them but whether they understand IPPs is anybody's guess.

No, you have to take out a new contract.
