I wonder if anyone went through the same problem.
My Brightbox stopped working yesterday afternoon after it changed it name from "Brightbox-cyy***" to "wlan". Furthermore, If I try to login into my router using 192.168.1.1 it says that my password is wrong.
Apart from that, the router seems to have a connection to the broadband as the globe is "on".
I rang them up and that guy told me that in my area the internet would not work because of a fault. But I don't believe that in my whole area the internet still isn't working.
Do you have an idea what steps I could do to bring it back to life?
