Gavin EE Broadband - Are you there?

I started with Freeserve and I am still here, even tested the Livebox for them.

Always made use of second line but now it is going I have decided to leave.

Applied for MAC on Monday 4 March but not arrived yet, so 5 working days I suppose that would still give them Monday to send it.

To be fair to Orange I have only had a couple of problems over the years which have been sorted out. I am still on up to 8 but get a speed of 6. So service has been very good.

Just need a MAC so I can leave.

To be extra fair, not counting the day I applied, the 5th working day is up today.

30 mins to go before the end of the day - so I presume that I will not be getting my MAC within the 5 day limit.

Hoping Gavin will sort it out.

Although I have had good service over the years. I'll do anything to avoid ringing support. Just noticed that I am still one of the top posters on another forum for Orange. So I have done a lot of support work for Orange.

Me too! I'd rather wait the issue out rather than try to talk to brainless unintelligible script-monkeys, or failing that write formal complaint letters to Head Office.

I rang again and they gave me MAC code over the phone, This has been accepted by new provider.
