EE Website Survey

Phew! I just completed the EE website survey, some of the questions with my answers. tongue

Question. What do you think of the EE website?
Answer. The EE website is over complicated and a mess, also with ADSL2+ it runs slow and I cannot find what I am looking for as I could with the Orange website.

Question. What is the one thing that we could change about the site to make it easier for you to achieve what you want to do?
Answer. Less clutter would be nice, it's a real mess of a website!

WEBSITE NOT USER-FRIENDLY TO THE ABLED EITHER.

It is badly designed, badly laid out, requires excessive scrolling and has yucky colours.

It is excessively slow and churns chunks of processor power.

Filled the same in ages ago, it has to be one of the worst sites I've used for some time.
