Contract buyout

[link to this post]

Can anyone tell me if they have successfully been able to claim a contract buyout fee from EE? (Moved landline from BT to EE, and EE said they would pay a buyout fee as I paid a line rental saver).

This website: ee.co.uk/buyout does not seem to work and I can not find any customer service email address! Please help!

When I moved my telephone line over from BT to Orange I did wait until the end of my BT line rental saver contract before I could move.
Ive not heard of the gaining ISP paying for the remainder of the line rental saver contract. frown

The website has changed from being good with Orange to absolute rubbish under EE http://ee.co.uk/orangehelp/
