As in previous thread I have been having issues with XBMC which started on Friday.
Friday - Was told by customer support we don't use traffic management at EE !!!
Saturday - Told that it would cost me £84 to cancel my contract.
Sunday - Spoke to customer support who would arrange 2nd tie support to phone me with 24hrs.....however BB service got so bad yesterday that I contacted EE and wanted out at no cost to me only to be told that I would have to pay £50 this time. Then I was given 2 tie phone number and told to phone them on Monday morning.
Monday - Phoned 2 tie support only to be told....How did you get this number !!!!! I said your customer service advisor gave it...................Sorry we can't speak to you we busy !!!!!
I've explained that I have been in contact with Trading Standards and been advised that given EE 7 days to solve the problem or I can request EE cancel contract due to being unable to solve issues.
