New 'Phishing' Scam ?

I have just received an email purporting to come from Orange which bears all the hallmarks of being a scam/phishing/malware. It offers a 2 for 1 top up and has a link to follow!
It isn't one I had heard about or seen before, so thought I would send it to Orange/EE security for their information and action; however, after some 30mins trying to find an address to send it to I have given up - following the links just takes you round in circles. At least I now know who I will not be moving my broadband account to!
