Brighbox router set max upload speeds

Hi I have the brightbox router and a modem. Is there a setting to limit the upload speed.
I'd like to set a maximum upload speed for my Xbox.

Have a look at Wireless Settings / Bandwidth Control. You will need to put the Xbox on a diff SSID and maybe VLAN..

I have my Xbox connected with an Ethernet lead.

I've tried to read upon it and I think maybe qos might have away to do it but I'm not sure as I'm a broadband noob
