Hello, this is my first post as I am in a slight panic!
Signed up to EE a while back but just got connected today and tried to use P2P and found it to be almost dead.
I was on o2 before and had NO issues with P2P.
After some searching I have found that EE throttles:
"Between 6pm to 11:30pm on weekdays and 5pm to 11:30pm on weekends."
I had NO idea about this, if I had I wouldn't have joined.
It was probably in the small print but what can I do?
I use P2P a lot so can't do without.
Is there any way to prevent or disguise so I can get a proper service again?
Does it change anything which torrent software you use aka BitCommet Utorrent?
As I have just started using the service today can I leave the 12 month contract?
Hopefully this is in the right forum section, sorry if all these questions have been answered before but I found so many pages I just can't make sense of it!
