Moving TalkTalk Fibre to EE Fibre

hi there not posted for a while but i have a question.

on 7th October i am moving my phone and BB to EE, and as i already have the new faceplate will an engineer still be required to visit or could it just entail being moved from TalkTalk equipment to the New equipment at the exhange?

im curious thats all, im guessing engineer will go to the exchange then turn up here with a new modem and plug it in?

Better to ask in Fibre or General forum, for a wider audience. It's a generic Q.

Fibre modem is property of BT OR. So I would have thought no home visit necessary.

However you may have difficulty / delay getting your phone back to BTw from TT LLU.
