I can not recover my fsmail.net password login.

Hello, I am having a lot of trouble with my Orange fsmail account and I need some help. I unfortunately forgot my password and have been trying to reset it. However, when I try to load the page to reset my password an error occurs that will not allow me to enter my details.
The page address that I am loading is-
(http://webmailregistration.orange.co.uk/registration/enter_details.jsp)
The error that I am getting is-
(Sorry you are not allow to registrer free email account. The reason is: Your IP address is not allowed to access to fsmail.net registration website.)

I know my account details and I am sure I have set up an alternate email on the account as well. I really hope someone can help me out of this situation, please let me know what I can do.
