I have been using the Bright Box 2 without any issues for around 9 months on my ADSL EE broadband. for the last few weeks now I am facing a few issues eg
You tube not playing video content in IE 11 (ok in google chrome)
downloads corrupted when attempting to open a downloaded file.
issues where webpages are not fully displayed.
I am using Windows 7, however this is the same issue with any PC on my Bright Box 2 EE BB connection.
I have connected my old Bright Box 1 and the issues are resolved.
I spoke to EE and after the usual cut offs etc, they told me that the BB2 is not an ADSL router and will not work!.
I have disabled the firewall in the BB2 and played around with the settings, but have not yet found the cause.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
