I did ask for them to release me from my contract, but they wanted nearly £100 to do that.
Surely correct invoicing is part of the contract and not having had a single correct bill since I joined them in March, I was thinking of leaving on the bases that they have broken the contract.
I paid 12 months line rental up front, so would lose 5 months, but maybe I could claim that back through the credit card company? How long does swapping suppliers take nowdays?
