EE Broadband CS to get an overhaul

Will Broadband Service First be any better than before? Only time & users will tell.

EE BB CS never had any technical nous; they were only trained to the level of "Change the filter" & "Switch it off & on". It was only by getting to the BB Team that you got any sense and even then not always on the 1st pass until you told them to reread the original query carefully..

"Broadband Service First has been prompted by a continued, and unacceptable, high volume of complaints in Broadband compared to industry standards."

If only companies took action before it gets to this stage.

Overlooking the poor customer service, I consider EE a good ISP with value for money being my main consideration.

The launch of Broadband Service First and the creation of up to 500 new Broadband roles follows EE�s recent programme that saw the opening of two new UK call centres and the return of over 1,000 roles to the UK from overseas call centres.

The Ofcom £1,000,000 Big stick worked then.
