I am on Orange/EE Home Broadband and I have a Brightbox-562wn3 router. I am frequently getting "no internet service" where the router is still connected to my desktop but I cannot use IE or Chrome.
After a while internet service will return and is ok for a time, but will go down again after a few minutes use. This has been happening ad hoc for some time now and I am awaiting an EE engineer to call after speaking to their call desk about the problem.
Has anyone else had similar problems with this type of router?
