EE quality metric on TBB

Hi all,
was thinking of jumping ship early from BT (adsl) and joining EE(fibre). But I note in the TBB monthly round ups EE have a quality mark of 1.7 which is quite poor for fixed line.
a) why is this??
b) does it manifest itself on general web usage (I dont do games or really video) just a lot of surfing, but I'm impatient and hate lags

1. Poor CS.
2. No. The BB you get from EE is the same as you get from BT.

Quality metric is stability of the speeds during a test, so an example of a bad one

http://tbb.st/1502435830187711555 score of 3.5 has a very slow ramp up to what is probably the connection speed.

http://tbb.st/1502443921569183155 is pretty much perfect so seems some can and some cannot, but its at a different ratio to the other providers and oddly does not impact the EE ADSL2+ users as much

Notice a pattern emerging and these are all different users from different parts of the UK, different OS/browsers too. What is causing the pattern is the question, maybe Wi-Fi, maybe a common AV suite they supply, maybe a CPE hardware or Wi-Fi issue, maybe network configuation
