Just signed up with EE 76Mbps, but issues have started

i was with BT 76 mbps with 12 months, no issues at all, now just signed with EE 76mbps Fibre, but i am having issues with loading pages, speed is good and consistent,no disconnections at all, i use IPTV services which works perfectly (shows i have a great consistent connection) however the issue are with loading pages, tend to load longer than it should be,sometimes even errors out, i have to keep refreshing the page to make it work, i use wire connection,my flatmate has the same issue on wireless, i guess it's dns server issues on their side, i have changed my computer to google DNS which seems to help (only tested 30min though, need to test longer)

what do you guys think? shall i change dns server in the brightbox 2 (haven't had time to look to see if it's even possible) any of you having similar issues? i haven't bothered calling customer support yet.

What do speed tests actually look like, rather than just the number i.e. a link to the result from https://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest

When changing DNS you also need to flush your DNS, otherwise cached entries will mean little difference is seen.

i haven't flushed dns but will do when i get back home,
yes i do speed test every day, i get between 68 to 74 mbps and 17 mbps up and about 8 ping

First thing I would do is split 5Ghz and 2.4ghz Bands and only use the 5Ghz one.

Failing that get EE to swap out the router.

this was the first i did when i received the router split that, change SSID, removed firewall

Its not the figures I want to see, but the graph e.g. how long is it taking from the start for the speeds to reach the 68 you are talking about and how stable they are.
