Moving from EE to Vodafone whilst in cooling off period

Hi!

As per the title, we recently moved our out of contract BT broadband and phone service to EE and we are 4 days into our cooling off period. We have decided to move the broadband and phone service to Vodafone.

Is it possible to just contact Vodafone and have them take care of the migration or will we have to cancel with EE, and then approach Vodafone?

We would ideally like to keep our landline number.
