The rest

So theres been lots of talk of battlefield 3, homefront, cod, crysis2, etc.

But what about the rest of the stuff due/came out fairly soon?

Dragon age 2 - Apparently very hit and miss depending how much you liked the first, bioware has certainly caught a lot of flak for it (and too right with their retarded bans).

Pokemon black and white - Yup :| not much to say here

PC has shogun 2 coming up - not for me really

also assassins creed brotherhood - too bad for that retarded drm.

Darkspore is also coming up - This game actually caught me by surprise, a few weeks ago i got a beta invite for it and i almost held off it because i wasn't expecting much out of it but it actually turns out to be pretty fun (i think theyre still taking beta invites on the darkspore site, that and there are key give aways, etc, i'd say its worth a look if you like dungeon runner/diabloesque games.

Sims medieval - Yup :|

PS3 fans get yakuza 4

And of course we have the 3DS coming out - Personally ive give up on nintendo the 3ds doesn't seem that impressive for me, 5hr battery life, £35+ games, bad launch titles etc doesn't draw me in at all

But hey, anyone bothered/bothering with any of this stuff (or any other stuff which i missed recently released)?

Apart from what you mentioned then from April the interesting games for me are as follows.

Portal 2
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Brink
La Noire

That takes us up to June and there are at least a dozen after that to keep my gaming interest alive for the rest of the year

I will be playing shogun when it comes out (tonight at midnight). I've always been a fan of the TW series and prefer the melee type battles to the gun based Empire TW ones. I am hoping next year will be Rome 2

Got portal 2 pre-ordered as well.

I have enjoyed the first 2 Assassin's creed games but it is not on the top of my list of games to get.

Deus ex certainly looks tasty - need to investigate it further
