Things to note:

PC version is delayed.

Guy talking in the video talks rubbish.

Can't wait for the comments of the controls being rubbish for MP3.

Seriously though, that preview may have swayed me a little, seeing as it's the controls I seem to remember not liking.

Max Payne as slipped release date to May like Gzero and myself pointed out in a previous thread,so plenty of time to play Dead Space 1and 2.
