Very much in the same mould as the first 2 games to be honest, very heavy cut scene orientated which you kind of expect from a action type rpg.
Graphically from what i have seen it does not seem to have advanced from the second game and i actually think based on the demo that it looks worse.
After writing about what i thought of the graphics i have read a few gaming sites thoughts and impressions regarding the demo and they thought the graphics were top notch and far better than the previous 2 games.
[Oh well back to spec/savers for me ]
If your a bioware fan and you love this type of game then you will be extremely happy, personally since my patience is extremely limited and the fact this game needs at least 50 hours of investment in it then im on the fence regarding picking it up.
But never say never and its going to be a decent game based on the first two anyway.

That's just your eyesight.
Not so much interested in this one (issues such as Origin on PC), actually got bored in ME2 and never finished it.

Blasphemous.
ME 1 and 2 were awesome!

Downloaded demo, Totalbiscuit might have something to do with it.

Had a quality 2 and 3 player private horde match. Like playing Killing Floor, Gears of War, Perfect Dark, and Left 4 Dead all in one.

Come in this is planet earth what are you going on about and what has Horde mode got to do with Mass Effect 3 matey
|
|

Good point, I'll correct my statement. It is like Veitcong co-op mode, where you had to survive all the waves of incoming cong with a few friends. There stick that in a pipe and smoke it. With the claustrophobic camera angle of Resident Evil 4 (complaints are it's too close to the player model, obscuring the view and making melee combat harder).

Gzero what game are you actually talking about because im still unsure what this has to do with the link Mass Effect 3.

ME3 multiplayer demo on PC.
|

|
May be this is the same as the 360 version as i am sure i did see multiplayer in the menu, but nothing is going to beat Gears Horde mode for me as its still fantastic and as enjoyable as ever especially when you get a good team behind you.

Couldn't tell you, Epicfail never released GoW 3 on Pc.

|

Then now is the time to go out and buy a 360 then my friend, then you get the best of both worlds don't you.

Money is tight, saving for a new graphics card. In the meantime if you'd like to donate to the #Gzeroneedsmoneyandajob fund I am accepting...

The only reason I would buy a 360 if I had the funds. Great looking game.

You should ask the Con Dem government for that. I'm sure the multimillionaires David Cameron and tea boy Clegg feel your pain.
What graphics card have you got right now then? And what you aiming for? Maybe we could help launch a telethon type event online to raise some dosh?
Yeah, let's setup a Facebook page and see if someone with a spare super powered graphics card or 2 takes pity on poor ickle Gzero! If so, then I might give it a go too!!

HD4890, can play most games on reasonably high but save for a few of hog games like BF3 where the dx11 path for older cards just seems to be poorly implemented.

What kind of card do you think you'd need as a minimum or sweetspot in price/performance?
AMD are busy refreshing their range so it seems and Nvidia will be doing the same at some point. I have some old bits and pieces but they're getting quite antiquated the more time moves on.

Pick up a 6970 for £140 second hand or go new probably a 7870 at hopefully £180 (way too hopeful, betting it will be closer to £210). That or wait for Nvidia to pull their thumb out their mouth and start dropping their prices or release kepler. A 560ti 2gb at £150 new would be nice.

Or you could just buy yourself a 360 ..........Lovely jubbly

|
|
And then how do I pay for Xbox Live?
Apparently there is only going to be 6 coop maps in ME3. *dlc cash registers start ringing*
|
|

Some deals you get Xbox live for free for 3 months, besides whats £40 a year for a xbox live subscription that is way better than the playstation network because thats free.
£40 dont even buy you 1 gig of ddr3 ram does it ?
Just think mate i could see for yourself why i keep going on about Gears 3 Horde mode and why i think its so addictive and far more fun than anything Cod Related. .
Sometimes matey PC gamers have to admit there is more to Games than a PC even though i know that when developers support the PC then there is nothing that quite matches the way the games look.
Like you many years ago i had tunnel vision and only ever thought PC gaming was were the action was,but with the arrival of consoles and my passion for gaming you got to try other means and ways.
Besides there are many games out there that will and have not seen the light of day on a PC and never will.
Why when you love games so much do PC gamers insist on cutting of there nose to spite there face,so many times i have seen posts on here from many avid PC gamers such as Yourself and Spook that have said how they would love to play a certain game but sadly its not on a PC.

£40 buys 8gb of ram.
It's gpu's and cpu's that are going back up in price. Hdd's don't count as they have an excuse to raise prices. Ssd's are even coming down in price.
My friend (the rager) has all the consoles, yet all they do is gather dust. He'd rather play bf3/tf2/css/skyrim on pc (when BT/Steam is working).

Is that DDR3 ram or are you kidding me ?
Anyway matey each to there own.
Just because your friends consoles gather dust does not mean that you will feel the same though does it.

£40 buys 8gb of ram.
Haha. Took the words right out of my, um, fingers. Why, I just ordered two 4GB DDR3 modules for a laptop and they're only priced at the £34 mark. 8GBs for less that £35!
Wish I could afford a new graphics card (for my desktop) too but my old one should last long enough until AMD and Nvidia have fully brought out their latest and greatest. And hopefully, they'll be a bit cheaper by then.

My dusty N64 and Gamecube will tell you otherwise along with my redundant psone (time crisis!).
