Probably because it's hard to justify buying anything...

No, I knew it was coming. They've been counting down the days over at BitTech. Myself, I am scared to look but it's too late as I clicked your link already and just saw Max Payne 3 for half price. Eek.

Last time Steam had a sale my bank balance took a real hammering. It's only just recovered a little. Man, I don't wanna even look! I still haven't even played half the games I got last sale.

Is there anything you're getting yourself Gzero? Or have you already got everything?

In case Timey is reading, is Max Payne 3 worth a punt at £14.99 mate? Yeah? Nah? Is the single player worth playing more than once?

Edit:
Just got Payday The Heist, Toy Soldiers, Driver: San Fran, and The Walking Dead. For now, I'll pass on both Max Payne 3 and MW3. Too many games not enough time (even).

I just spent £30 already though mate and I'm committed to buying one of them Google Nexus 7 tablets in the coming week/s. Another £15... I know. I guess it wouldn't too much. I have, afterall, just bought a few extra tins of baked beans so they should keep me going for a while.

Parp! laugh

Payday: The Heist was a bad attempt at a great idea. Let us know what you think as it definitely felt like it was designed around a mouse, not a joypad. Far too finnicky.

Whilst Max Payne 3's price reduction is nice, would need to somewhat more to make me get it now...

I may get Space Marine as its under £5...

I would check it out but the Steam store is currently offline due to server strain. Victims of their own success. laugh

29 gigs!! Jaysus!

I'm still tempted though. I've got a week and I'm on Be Unltd.

I didn't know that about the control method. I remember the Payday thread but not what was said exactly. It was only £3 something so I thought I'd give it a go. Been playing the Walking Dead game, which I really liked the look of. It's more of a story really and so far it might just be worth the asking price of 15 quid. I hope the episodes are long enough though...

It's £2.99 again for Trine 2 if you're after it. Remember people, try to wait for the flash / daily deals to get the best savings otherwise you might be kicking yourself when they go from 20% to 75% off.

Got Trines 2 now, thanks for the tip off. Downloading it now. I've seen The Walking Dead is a couple of quid cheaper than I got it so I'm a little irked by that as I'm not sure it's worth what I paid. Still, it could've been worse. smile

I have bought a few games (and played none of them so far!) but trying to be really picky on what I do get...
