Valve to build a Living room console next year...Gabe Newell

Valve look like shacking up the console world next year which in my opinion is good for gaming,they intend to release a console that obviously connects to there online service.

Certainly a interesting prospect and something that would interest me and also have the likes of Sony,Microsoft and Nintendo a little concerned.

Now all we need is Sega Back in the mix and we might get some competition smile

Probably why they have introduced the "big picture" feature and changed the way games are stored and updated.

Talking of SEGA, I downloaded Vanquish for free last night. How great does that look? Fast and furious as well.

I also downloaded Batman Arkham City and Limbo. How flipping squirmy is Limbo? Had me itching in the chair anyway. Love the simple gameplay but it's a really dark experience, eh?

Yea Vanquish isn't a bad game, nothing special but better than your average game! I enjoyed it when playing it, the story isn't too bad either smile
