Max Payne 3

With my new 8GB Quad core PC, I now find that Max Payne 3 won't run, and crashes as soon the Rockstar Social Club icon appears on the pre-title title screen (the "press any key" one).

I have tried compatibility mode, but whilst it solves the Social Club problem, it does introduce another one - nothing happens after a key was pressed.

I have tried changing infinity numbers, but it didn't help unfortunately.

Not sure if this will help or not?

Apparently Rockstar have stated that people found the game doesn't always run in Windows 8, and are apparently looking into it.

I do miss the joys of PC Gaming

And the superior graphics too ?

Not for much longer once we get our hands on the Playstation 4........With All the developers i might add
