In a few weeks time I'm packing the lot up and trading it all in at Blockbusters as i don't want a load of unnecessary devices cluttering up the space on my Television stand especially when i doubt they will ever get used again .
The biggest problem i have with trading in the 7 year old Playstation 3 is the trade in value has took a almighty drop,2 months ago it was £70 for my 120gig slim model and now as i feared the trade in value is the same as a recent game such as GTA5 .
£30 for a playstation 3 is criminal and i predicted this would happen because retailers are going to be inundated with Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 and they don't really want them.
People on here are going to say i should keep it,but whats the point in keeping something that is basically going to be unplugged and disconnected boxed away and gathering dust for months if not years.
You see i don't get the urge to play older games or even newer games when there is something better on the market,it makes more sense to me to have that space allocated to may be a Xbox one in the future if that becomes the platform of choice.
At least the Playstation 3 and a copy of GTA5 and The last of us buys me a couple of the next generation games even though i think the trade in price is a joke.
I will be watching the Xbox and Playstation 4 youtube videos with interest once they get released in the USA but as for now and the delay of a few games i only have 3 ordered for the Playstation 4 and there all Shooters.
