Now I have said in previous threads that the Exclusive game on Xbox One Titanfall did not exactly blow me away.
However after watching This Clip the tides are turning.

Battlefield 4 without question....that should be your first game choice.
Don't know what it looks like on a Xbox One but boy does it look sweet on a Playstation 4

I always new at some point i would own both and there is plenty of exclusives coming up on the playstation 4 which are just as good especially Infamous second son which looks stunning.
But with the Exclusive club seeming to be gathering case, and the Microsoft payed for extra content then i guess at some point in the new year when both these games get shipped i will have to put in another Console order.
My first priority though is sorting out a replacement hard drive for the playstation 4,but the Xbox One apparently can not be changed, unless someone has come up with a way of replacing the original one that comes with it.
I think at the time just before launch,Sony could be replaced but Microsoft could not ?

No replacement hdd for the xbox unfortunately but there will be a patch so external drives can be used as storage apparently.
I take it your PS4 has been behaving correctly since changing your cables (jorkila crosses his fingers for timey)!!!

Yeah that looked awesome too!
you guys seem easily pleased, 90% of the video was a guy selling the game talking. I counted 2 and half seconds of gameplay footage.
the titan one had a bit more footage but still less than 10 seconds. How can you judge a game just on cut scenes?

You have a point!
I like the sound of Quantum Break, it could be interesting but from the very little action you see it looks just like any other shooter Remedy have done. Sacrilegious? Guess so/hope so. It'll take a lot of convincing and far more actual gameplay footage for sure.
The Titanfall clip didn't do it for me though it did make me chuckle thinking of Timey stomping around in his robot suit with all of us chasing after him trying to bring him down. Yeah, they should have a special level where one guy gets to go on a rampage with the robot suit thing and the ordinary guys can try and set traps for him as in Bioshock and the Big Daddies. That would be cool.

I agree he sells the game well in the interview so potentially could be a great game, just there was a severe lack of game footage as always seems to be in these teasers. So I am keeping my feet on the ground.

Well jerkila at present it is behaving itself very well indeed, could the problem seriously have been a bad HDMI cable or power supply, tested it for about 4 hours Friday night and not one single glitch, flicker or black screen for a few seconds, had about 2 hours on it Saturday and no issues and about the same tonight.
I also did 2 other things which you are more than likely going to think made no difference like me ? First of i was searching for my problem and came across a Youtube Video of a bloke who reckons that the HDMI connection is directly attached inside to the power core.
So he was saying that he was getting a flashing picture and similar but not exactly the same issues as me,his bright idea ? and yes i thought i would try it was to remove all the wires from the back of the console, pick it up in your hands[you still with me on this] with both hands on the console look at the back where all the ports areAnd ? You ready for this..Pretend your going to slam it into the ground but don't let go of the console,he reckons that the hdmi connection is not making the connection correctly inside the console and after he did this he had no issues ?
Yeah i know its ridiculous but hey ho ! when you got issues you try anything, and lastly i moved the Playstation 4 from the top rack to the bottom rack as this is where i have kept all my previous consoles in the past.
So taking a wild guess or shot in the dark [touch Spooks head [tongue] i would say its the HDMI cable or the power supply lead because like i said its running smooth as silk at present and i hope it stays that way
Oh and on a bad note,i reported this problem to shopto last thursday and they still haven't answered ,so in that respect they have lost some brownie points after me singing there praises for the past 4 years.
obviously because the P4 seems ok I'm not that concerned, but if it does indeed start being naughty i will be giving shopto a phone call and a piece of my mind.Rest assured of that ?

Here is the so called HDMI fix
Yeah if this is what fixes it I'm as stumped as everyone else ? Even though i tried this with several other changes
If this actually sorts out the flickering problem i encountered and it has nothing to do with changing the power supply and HDMI leads then where was the R and D department when Sony were designing this unit.
Sony are not noted for shoddy pieces of electrical equipment and i doubt its this guys video of the fix that really is the sole cause of the problem.
