This is a PC only (as far as I know) Wipeout clone. It is probably a good idea that it stays PC only as we would be laughing at any console owner paying £30+ for an average and rather dull game.
I've been playing the beta (a video is here), and as you can see it isn't exactly exciting graphically exciting - rather PS2 type stuff. Controls aren't sharp either.
