Figures we new about a few weeks ago really, for the last fortnight or so most gaming websites and media sites have been saying that the Playstation 4 is outselling the Xbox One.

But would it, could it have been another story if Microsoft had not had a Disaster of a PR Reveal when they first announced the Xbox One....Frightened a lot of people away from them including myself even though I have not been able to resist the temptation and own another Gaming machine.

To be honest I have bought a Xbox one for one reason alone....Exclusives .

Any other title that is multi platform will be bought for the Playstation 4, reason for that is I have a hybrid drive in the Playstation 4 twice the original spec in size, and personally even though it's early days I prefer the Playstation 4 .

Oh and the installing of games on the Xbox One is incredible slow and tedious and there is nothing worse than spending 30 minutes watching a install loading bar across the Television when you just want to play the game you just put into the disk drive.

I know it's suppose to be only once, but even when you die or fail and you hit the retry / continue button it's still incredibly slow doing even that...it's a massive minus point in my eyes compared to the speed that the Playstation 4 does the same things in a fraction of a time

I won't buy anything that has a camera aiming at me

You don't need to have Kinnect enabled or the playstation 4 camera and come the summer time swanny will have one or the other���Watch this space

Put some clothes on then mate! And zip up your fly! Works for me anyhow. Stopped getting arrested so often when I started doing that.

Swan you love going about this camera don't you? You have been told multiple times you can unplug the thing or turn it off, it makes no difference to the performance of the console. All the rumours about it has to be always on were a lie.

Yea it wasn't a lie, microsoft realized people don't want to be forced into having a camera looking at them and had to backtrack

I reckon I'll buy a PS4 in the autumn. Summer is for bike riding

Yea I appreciate that, but it is no longer the case. So why do you still mention it as being a reason for not wanting an Xbox?

I thought it still had to be on even though the xbox doesn't have to be connected to the net. Does it come without a camera?

Yeah it comes with a camera Swanny hence the Xbox one inflated price,and if you think Kinnect was big wait until you see Kinnect 2.0.

Am i right in thinking it wasn't a game that really interested you was it Swanny in the first instance

I bet you can turn her on quicker than a Xbox One game though

The PS4 is also outselling the XBOX worldwide. PS4 sales as of December 28 were 4.2 million versus the XBOX which had surpassed 3 million by the end of December. Those Xbox figures are not specific but we could probably say the PS4 has sold a million more.

Not that any of this matters aslong as you are happy with whichever console you get.

Interesting enough the Xbox One has sold more than the 360 at launch as well. Still not buying one until the price comes down, might even buy a PS4 if and when it comes to it. Hearing that the Xbox is rather a disappointment and as for the PS4, well I know nobody with one that tells a story

In fact the two apprentices at work whom are now my knowledge experts have just built PCs and ditched there consoles, why pay £50 a game when you have Steam, was there words
