got to get some practice on those wall runs and jumps though,I'm ok hoping and double jumping but as the trailer shows there are some clever skills on show to run along the walls for so long.

don't think i pulled it of in the beta,but with a little practice and way more time I'm hoping

Yeaaaa I can't wait for Titanfall, I am going to get it on release day, thinking about trading in Dead Rising 3 for some discount off it as not picked up DR3 since release week.

Dead rising �..Yeah its Dead alright All Hype no substance like most of the next generation games on both systems.

Decent reviews�Not as mind blowing as i expected but very good by all accounts

It's going to be a good game but it's not going to keep us all busy for months. I don't think it will have massive longevity, although I could be surprised. It's not on the epic scale of something like Battlefield, the maps on the BETA were quite small but perhaps there will be some really big interesting ones when the game is released.

Either way it will certainly be a lot of fun for a month or two

Well i played about an hour of the so called multiplayer campaign mode just to unlock the Ogre and the Stryder titans and tbh this mode is completely pointless because its just multiplayer with a pointless story with no substance running in the background!!
The servers seem to be holding up fine and the game runs fine too so far!
Feels just like the beta did as expected, i'll update tomorrow when hopefully i will have given the actual multiplayer some time.

Ok mate thanks for the update ,obviously doing what you do seems a reasonable way to go given the cost for the digital download and the fact you got the game 3 days earlier than our release date.

Plus you can share it with your Son....seems a no Brainer

I'm guessing you had to go through all the fake American Address and Zip code,and I guess your allowed to use Papay or some similar payment procedure .

I say that as I know you can not use a credit card for purchases on the American store as the card has to be registered to that country .

I couldn't get the PayPal method to authorize so ended up using my debit card and it kept the false US
Address that I had already put in!

A credit/debit card actually works .

I remember some tears back when i made 3 accounts ,Uk ,Jap ,And USA it wouldn't except credit cards and i used a unusual method to get around it,forgot what it was now but it no longer exits .

Wont be arriving early thats for certain,its moved from the pre/order section of there website and now there processing the order.

can buy usa psn cards online but strangely enough most online retailers selling them are really anal about security checks.

I ended up buying one off ebay after one retailer failed me 5 times, and play asia took 15 hours to process my order for a security check (whcih they never carried out in end they just approved it after 15 hours).

Massive paranoia for a 10usd transaction.

using american psn is light and day difference to the uk, the americans are treated so much better. More content, lower prices, more free games on psn+, more frequent special offers.

No i think this is a keeper mate unless your telling me otherwise,you don't seem to be saying to much about it so may be just may be its not the fantastic game you and me both were lead to believe

Nah it's definitely a keeper matey, just haven't been able to put as much time into it as i'd like to!!
I finished the campaign yesterday that you have to go through with each faction so that
you can customize the Stryder (my favorite so far btw) and Ogre titans.
Played 3 or 4 rounds of captrue the flag with the lad which was great fun and very competitive with the lad leading the way of course .
You won't be disappointed that's for sure!!!
I'm now on nights but hopefully i'll get on sometime over the weekend, you'll have to add the lad his gamertag is Jorkilabra98, maybe jaxx will join us too!!

Will do mate for sure,i will play through the campaign myself to unlock the stuff before i venture online.

Got Chat adapter here so Astro A50 at the ready,i will try and mind my P and Qs but if Jaxx joins us that will be difficult

I owe him some major verbal abuse and I'm guessing by your sons Gamertag he is 16 years old so cover his ears .

Funny how these younger ones seem to lead the way,probably why i knocked Call Of Duty on the head,so fast ,so furious,saying that i was top of the scoreboard on many occasions when playing by myself

Don't worry we will have a few sessions when you back of nights and have some free time,to be honest for the next 5 days I'm knee deep in paint anyway and have to finish doing the hall stairs and landing woodwork thats doing my head in

Yeah I'm going to dump that Dead Rising as i never ever get the urge to play it

Ok let's get to it,loaded and installed game which took about 40 minutes then done what Jorkila suggested and played the so called Co Op Campaign because this is apparently the only way to unlock certain things like the extra Titans.

So I'm about 70 minutes in to this which by all accounts might as well have been left out because it quickly becomes boring within 20 minutes,little missions like control the 3 points or kill everybody on the other team repeated over and over.

I was seriously hoping the credits would roll after 60 minutes but they didn't ,then I got to swap sides apparently and do it all over again.

Don't get me wrong I love what I have seen and played in the Beta and by all accounts I'm sure with the choice of more maps I'm going to really enjoy this,what is worrying is repartition and the distinct lack of many game modes.

So I'm hoping that some will be added in the next few months [ EA charging of course] because I'm not totally convinced come the Summer it will still hold my interest,not that I game much on Hot Sticky nights.

It's a really fun game and I am enjoying playing something fast paced for a change but the game seems so small. The maps are good but there only seems to be about 5 or 6? That I've seen anyway although I am only lvl 15 or something so maybe I haven't seen them all yet. It also looks like you can only get to level 50, my mate is 36 already and I got to 15 in about 2 hours.

It's exciting and innovative but I stick by my original thoughts that this will be a game that will be fun for a month or so and will then lose appeal. But you never know, I'd love to be proven wrong. If they add more titans in and more maps and game modes through DLC then it may remain fresh I hope so!!

My thoughts exactly Jaxx as i really don't think it has longevity if I'm honest and will quickly be passed to one side for something else,like you its extremely enjoyable but its not without some serious gaming flaws like repetitive games and far to little modes to play.
besides that i actually prefer to play as a Pilot and not a Titan,intact the Titans which i have used so far don't seem tough enough for Mechs and are restricted by the maps.

What they should have had them do is double jump like the pilots ,come next Friday when Infamous Second son drops through the letterbox i know what i will be playing that very evening.

Like you again Jaxx i hope I'm playing it all year but i doubt it,I'm around the same level as yourself and even with spending about 3 hours with the game its not exactly got me itching and excited to continue playing well into the night or really long gaming sessions like the original Modern Warfare.

It will shift Xbox Ones for sure,but its not the Killer game i was hoping it would be,great game yes by all accounts but not mind blowing.

I've got to be honest I don't think there is or will ever be another game like call of duty 4 or my favorite mw2 that will keep me playing into the small hours!!
I tend to put a game on for a quick fix and no matter what it is ie fifa, forza, bf4, and titanfall i play for an hour or two and i've generally had enough and i don't necessarily blame the poor games but the fact that our gaming habits/needs have changed!!

Could be right mate add that we are all getting older and have less patience,been a long time since i was itching to get a game loaded and addicted to playing,hopefully Infamous will rekindle my gaming passion next week.

Done the first part of the boring ,tedious campaign mode and have to do the other side now,stupid idea that we have to play this part of the game that nobody is slightly interested in to unlock the Titans.

You can use all 3 titans without touching the campaign but you won't be able to customise 2 of them that's all!!
Oh and I refuse to get older that's why I game

I don't think you can? I can still only use the first one, the ogre and the other one it says I need to play the campaign to unlock them? I played 3 levels of the campaign yesterday before playing online with my 2 mates again.

I am level 29 now and I am really really enjoying it, I love the parkour stuff I am starting to get a lot better at running up walls and particularly using it to get across the map quickly. It looks like you can prestige when you get to level 50, so it doesn't just cap out which is good. I do want to unlock the ogre as I think I might like the tank Titan, but I do like the speed of the main one.

I think if you just put a couple of hours in at a time it's really great, I couldn't do a 10 hour marathon though like I do on Battlefield but it's still class.

I'm certain I could select the other 2 titans before completing both sides of the campaign, just couldn't customize them.

The campaign is similar to Brink, to use the mulltiplayer mode as the setting for the storyline, they proably could have dropped it.

15 maps on all 5 game modes with more maps to come with dlc (free & paid), Ogre and Stryder are unlocked after playing through the campaign.

Burn cards can all down the other 2 titans.

I was definitely able to use the stryder and ogre via their default classes before finishing the so called campaign just not able to customize them until after!

Don't know how to explain my feeling regarding this game if I'm honest after absolutely loving the 4 day Beta i have played may be 70 minutes Friday evening and haven't touched it since.

Don't get me wrong its a great game but I'm just not hooked like i thought i would be and prefer to lounge about watching television than firing this up.

Things may change once i get in the mood but I'm getting the feeling I'm tiring of games in general and the game has to be a masterpiece to hold my attention.

In my opinion it needs some different game modes as there are to few on offer here and it quickly becomes very familiar and a little uninspiring if you ask me ?

Its early days i know and i might be having a bad hair day as lately i seem to pick the bones out of most the gaming releases,I'm just a little taken back that now i have the full retail copy and was quite excited to get it I'm not really feeling the Titanfall love.

Your right swanny I don't which is a surprise to even myself,mario was really cool,had a few weeks of Zelda and Pikmin 3 ,a little Metroid prime trilogy and a little bit of everything else but not much grabs my attention.

Believe it or not Swanny I have the same mindset as yourself and as soon as it gets lighter and the sun shines I'm not that keen on gaming unless it's master class .

Played a few rounds of last titan standing tonight which was an absolute blast!

Yeah i missed you mate,went on at 9pm and came of at about 9.50

Been getting a few rounds of last titan standing in lately and when there's 2 or 3 of us on together this game mode really excels!!!
Really am loving this at the minute just the way it free flows whether you're a wall running pilot or going head to head with another titan it really is a great game!!
