Xbox Live Gold subs

Happily using xbox live and had it on auto renew but only found out today that it was trying to use an old credit card to renew.

Amazingly Microsoft was trying every few days for the last 6 weeks and not a word said on console. Good job I logged into the account on a computer to see how much I had in the MS account towards a premium membership. Wonder how long I could have gone before they stopped me playing.

Yes have gone for BF4 Premium, after finding out you can carry it over to the xbox one

It's another flaw on there service and the fact even with invalid credit cards on file and associated with your live account they don't seem to have a easy option to remove them .

Think you have to add another card before your granted that option,but even then I have spent the best part of 1 hour trying to remove old credit cards that have expired.
