The first one is good - have completed it a while ago now.

Will get a video of it soon.

Dont know how Garden Warfare will fare... in the garden... Will read the reviews first (and hopefully there will be a demo).

Garden warfare when i first got it on the xbox one was pretty exciting and i enjoyed it for about a week but quickly forgot about it just like i have with Titanfall.

I think the problem is the lack of any decent games on the next generation consoles so as soon as any type of game comes out thats new and different it doesn't take much to impress.

I can not remember the last time i even bothered with Garden Warfare or Titanfall to be honest and as soon as we have a multitude of game releases i think they will end up traded if I'm honest as they just don't hold my attention for whatever reason.

Best described as a short term fix type of game and not one you going to be playing months later, even the fantastic Infamous which i will revisit at another time is now in a darkened corner after i initially hammered it over a 2 week period.

I guess unless its got a very addictive multiplayer experience that comes together and bowls you over then you could apply that logic to most games,so I'm guessing In a couple of weeks i may be well and truly done with Wolfenstein regardless of how good it is as its just a 20 hour single player game but with replay value to play through again apparently.

Well how much you offering Swanny tongue

On a serious note i personally won't be doing much trading as i have lost my local Blockbusters just up the road who i prefer over rip of Game .

Since Game is really the only place to trade goods on the high street i will be a little bit more careful on what games i buy, normally today i would have bought that Bound By Flame but its not particularly a game type i like and the reviews were not out and that spells low scores which apart form the odd obscure gaming site thats exactly what it got Low Scores.

Publishers must think we all stupid when they have review embargo on games, most of the time it means the games pants, only today after the games release have the review scores started trickling in and to me that shows publishers and developers are not confident in the product in the first place.

GTA5 COD games all have review embargo, but they are lifted 7 to 10 days before release.

sounds like you agree with me, I commented the other day a rpg you had found for me had no pre release gameplay footage and I take that as a warning sign the game isnt good.

Nintendo have a agressive anti youtube policy, I filled in their questionaire for mario 3d and it asked how I found out about the game (no option for youtube), had to put in the "other" box. Then it asked what made me want to buy the game and I made a comment something like "Watched a playthru on youtube, and no I will not be passing on the url so you can do a copyright claim, just learn that youtube gameplay footage does sell games if the game is good enough".

These review embargos I dont know a lot about, I mean its obvious for years now that people who do reviews using "free" samples will likely always be biased because if they do bad reviews they risk getting no more free samples, and people have now admitted they will rather not publish a review instead of giving a bad review. But as I understand it this embargo forbids pre release reviews and also some people in their review agreements have been forbidden for been critical of the products?

This is because the gaming industry now sells so many games purely on hype and so many of those sales are pre orders, people often just rely on hype or pre prerelease footage, also lately pre release footage has been better than the final product, bioshock had a E3 demo that was very little like the final game, dark souls 2 had prerelease footage in E3 that had much better quality graphics than the final game (even the PC version), fable anniversary a developer told a camera that the game would have no loading times, yet the final game has pretty bad loading times. They have manipulated gamers to buy games early I think mainly on 2 premises.

1 - Make the game multiplayer meaning if you buy the game and want to play multiplayer you have to buy early as people to play against dies down later on.
2 - Preorder bonuses, time exclusives etc. Meaning you can permanantly lose content if dont buy (or even play) at the right time. I didnt play final fantasy 13-3 the first 4 weeks it was released as had other games to play and was too busy, turns out they had time exclusive items only available to players who were playing the game in those 4 weeks.

Yeah even the Hyped up and impressive looking Watchdogs has been graphics downgraded according to a lot of Gaming websites and there side by side comparisons to the E3 demo of 2013.

I've been suckered in many times but I doubt very much that either Wolfenstein or a Watchdogs will disappoint even though I have yet to play them.

I never though Bound by Flame looked any good and it did nothing for me,never heard of the developers called Spider either.

Certain developers like Ubisoft,Naughty Dog and Rockstar you normally get a Quality product, but put these same developers working on games that were from other developers in the first place and you have a recipe for disaster .

Take the brilliant Bulletstorm from people can fly and just look what they did with Gears Judgement when they took over the reigns from Epic Games.....completely ruined one of the greatest online games on the 360.

Not only did they drop the most addictive game mode Horde, the game was utter garbage with the few online game modes they reintroduced.

I would say I have spent more time online With Horde mode in Gears 3 than any other game put together,so I'm hoping these new Gears developers bring back Horde mode and give us a future next generation Gears that will be a awesome experience and a reason to buy a Xbox One.

well bound by flame someone is now doing a youtube playthru so is now some footage.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jfpx1z4oQ8A

Of course its the ps4 so all these multiplat games now will be 90% ps4 footage and probably 10% xbox1/pc.

hmm found this, a LOL for xbox1?
