Dead Island : Epidemic

To prove that I'm still "with it", "in the loop" and "play current stuff", here is a video of me playing Dead Island : Epidemic
There is unfortunately no sound - the game didn't play well with Playclaw (and no sound was recordfed) and my video processing program didn't like the resulting file too much...

Deep Silver probably decided that it needed to reach a lower-aged demographic, and decided to cartoony-fy everything, but with any luck, it will be much more interesting than Epic Quest For Mighty Loot...

At the moment, the general feel of it is rather "meh". I presume it's an online-multiplayer game, which might make it interesting...

I played an FPS Warhammer game once and loved it. Can't remember the name or if it was ps2 or ps3 though.

I've got the arcade Space Marine one - quite good.

Do a video of a recent game and not one I played a decade ago and I may take a look .

How come you doing vids then or is it just a trailer,the new dead island game has been delayed until next year so is this some PC Expansion pack or what as it's not called this.

No, its the PC open beta of the next Dead Island game.

Unfortunately its only available for us lovely PC users... However, fear not, you poor console owners, as it doesn't look like you'll be missing anything in particular, as it appears it'll need a month subscription...

Yeah its given to you so you can sort out all the bugs and what needs fixing as the PC market is dwindling fast so giving you lot a beta that needs testing only accounts for a few hundred people and that way not to many get upset when they see a terrible game and limited damage is done.

If they gave it to Microsoft and Sony then this would be a different kettle of fish as there are Millions of Gamers on those platforms

Someone mentioned this Dead Island Game a few months ago on here and I'm convinced its not called what you are calling it.

Its actually called Dying Light you plonker

Unless this is just a quick game made for the PC market .

And no i don't pre/order games anything past a few months from release as there is little to no point,intact most my pre/orders are a few weeks before release as I've been stung a fair few times with Wolfenstein been the last Christmas Turkey but Watchdogs a absolute Gem
