Yeah read this yesterday......personally as long as it looks just like all the videos I have watched the last fortnight and plays like far cry 3 I couldn't give 2 hoots.

But saying that ,you should not downgrade resolution because the competition console struggles with 1080p ,that is not the way to go and was never the case in the last generation console war.

I'm playing The Last of Us on PS4 with beautiful textures, in 1080p and with a choice of frame rates. It looks amazing. And there is no argument as to the quality of either the gameplay or the story. It was designed on the previous generation. It's set a high bar.

So yes, he was very obvious.

likewise ff13 on pc looks really pretty i think time2die would like the visuals. ff13 is now a 5 year old game and looks way better than games released in 2013-2014 I also played, and I am playing it at 720p upscaled to 1050p via nvidia scaling.

I stopped using the mod which rendered it at 4k and then downscaled because it was causing stuttering and I felt the difference was only there if looking for it.

Yeah i do have a soft spot for nice looking games.but unfortunately Final Fantasy isn't that game,i appreciate how much you love them mate but turn based games are very low on my list and I'm not a fan of the franchise.

ff13 isnt turn based.
