You need to set them in standard cars or cars that are unlocked from the off,i looked at your challenge today and it said that they can be completed/Challenged once unlocked at level 37 so you got no chance as i am level 14 and there is no way i would have the time/patience/perseverance to play this and achieve that level.
Game is well improved but after just a mere 20 minuted today i couldn't turn it of quick enough and go back to GTA5 or Far Cry 4.
