Elder Scrolls Online.....Consoles

Its a PC game from around 2014 coming to consoles a week Tuesday......Discuss ?

Personally I'm convinced i should seriously give up with this type of game after disliking The Witcher,Mirrorwind and every other game of this type.

Again the previews and videos look nice but I'm not sure how this online thing works and what this game offers in terms of playabilty.

Seems also to have a mixed bag of reviews,some really decent and some not so,Crysalis I'm sure you would have played this so give us some insight as to how it compares to the majority of the rpgs on the market.

Again because of the lack of game releases I'm tempted,not sure about the batman game a week or so later either.

Probably be best to skip this one as since you have not gotten on with most rpgs- this is a full mmo title so ie wow/gw2 etc.

Have you played any of the previous batman games?

skip it, MMOs are far worse for things like grinding and sidequests than single player rpg's. You wont like it at all.

Also I havent played it, I am not a fan of MMO's.

If you enjoy doing things like farming for items all day, then go ahead.

Also because its online certian things are best done with a group of friends, and as you know I am not into that type of gaming.

WoW bored me after an hour or so, I beta tested FF14 (also an MMO) on the ps3 and I got bored of that also.

Yeah played the previous Batman games and to me they are like glorified beat em ups to be honest with combat i just don't like.

Just watched some gameplay of this and to be honest it looks absolute Junk and i certainly want be duped this time around.

Graphics and movement seemed like something from about a decade ago .

I played the console beta a month or so ago and quite enjoyed it but then I love the Elder scrolls series and Skyrim, Myself and a couple of mates are getting this just so we can roam around together (although from what I've read some parts have to be done solo).

I don't think you would like it TBH but then I'm beginning to think you hate gaming and like the pain you get for hating games LOL.

I've seen him playing Far Cry 4 in a gimp mask. You could be on to something...

And the real reason he likes Bloodbourne so much? Wearing a trench coat and waving his axe about.

No mate i don't hate Games the developers keep giving me second rate games that fail to live up to the previews and videos .

Bloodborne has now set a very high standard and every game i play of similar nature better live up to my high expectations and The Elder Scrolls online,The Witcher,Dragon Age don't ?

Bloodborne is a masterpiece in how to create a atmospheric game in a fantastic looking Gothic setting with a major challenge also.

LMAO! That ain't too far from the truth to be fair.

To be fair you are right about most games being poor.

Only games I play often are

BF4
Fifa 15 (pro clubs with mates)
Destiny (raids)

Although I do have Elder Scrolls online and Monopoly!!! now to play as well so that's me sorted LOL.
