really dont get why devs are so stupid

So gta 5 devs just sabotaged their own game. Need to find a pirate copy now which is pre patch.

stutter fest now when using persistent cars mod, but even without using mods there is degredation.

the junk code was added to slow down the game.

anyway thankfully someone hosted the 1.24 files so I have managed to downgrade. performance restored.
